Dan has been in the sales industry for over 30 years with concentration in the HVAC industry for the past 20 years. He joined NH Yates in 2011 and was previously the VP of Sales and Marketing for Burnham Boilers for 12 years. Dan is responsible for sales and marketing direction in our entire coverage area while also managing several of our key hydronic product lines. Dan lives in York , PA and graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BA degree in Marketing.

Eric has been with Yates since August of 2015. He has over 20 years in accounting and finance. When he is not in the Yates office, Eric enjoys the outdoors.

After graduating with a BBA from William & Mary, Jon embarked on his career with Ferguson Enterprises in Atlanta as a Trainee in 1986.  He was hired by A.O. Smith in 1988 and moved to the Washington DC area as a District Manager.  He remained with A.O. Smith through 1995 and shifted to N.H. Yates in 1996 as A.O. Smith converted from a factory sales force to reps.  Jon has lived in Columbia, MD since 1991, is married to Amanda, Dean of Arts & Sciences at Loyola University and they have two children.

Todd joined NH Yates in 2004. After working in both inside & outside sales, he is currently our Sales Support Manager.
He majored in Business & Economics, and has been blessed with two young children and an understanding wife.

Hello! I am the Accounts Payable Coordinator at N.H. Yates. I have been with the company since 2011. Prior to that I was in home building industry for 10+ years.

Worked in accounting since 1998.

I’ve been with N.H. Yates since 2009. Prior to joining the Yates team, I worked for a logistics company for 14 years, and just happened to handle the Yates account.

That gave me leg up when I decided to change careers. Now I’m in accounts receivables and enjoy working with everyone in the company.

Hello, I’m Andy Schrank, one of the commercial equipment estimators for NH Yates. I’ve been with Yates since May 2015. I grew up in Northern Baltimore County & am an alum of Hereford High School. After high school I attended Cedarville University where I received a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

I started at Yates in September 2014. I’m part receptionist, part bid coordinator, literature and mixture of lots of other things.

I started at Yates in January 2018 as a Commercial Equipment Estimator. I have been in the residential construction industry for just over a decade, and keen on applying that experience to Commercial systems while at Yates. I enjoy spending my free time outside with friends and family, and my dog.

I worked at NH Yates & Company since 2002. I am the Submittal/ O&M’s coordinator and back up receptionist. I am dependable and take great pride in getting for work done in a timely manner.

Started at yates in 1997 working in Laurel office as receptions/secretary.  1999 stared working from home as sales assistant handling AOS line.

I’ve been a Yates team member since 2007,  working in customer service/inside sales rep. I specialize in the A. O. Smith product line. I strive to deliver the highest quality customer service.

Leroy Squires is the trainer and service coordinator for Yates since March 2013. Leroy started doing HVAC installation in 1980 then spent twenty one years in the wholesale distribution side of the business. In 2006 Leroy started in the manufactures rep segment of the business and became the trainer at N.H.Yates in 2013. Being involved with plumbing, HVAC and water wells, on several sides of the business, Leroy provides a complete perspective on the sales and application of the most current energy efficient products represented by N.H.Yates.

In 2005, Matt joined N.H. Yates full time after graduating from McDaniel College with a BA degree in Business Administration & Economics. During his tenure at the company, he has served in various capacities including inside sales, estimating department manager, and most recently outside sales. In his current sales function, Matt has forged professional relationships & provided service in the Baltimore, Maryland Eastern Shore, District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Eastern Pennsylvania, & Delaware markets.

Will Harris is a graduate of Taylor University – 73 and started with Yates & Co in 1974. He is the manager of Hydronic Modules Co. (Division of N.H. Yates). His primary responsibility is in the design of pumping packages and control systems. He is a devoted husband, father, grandfather and an avid cyclist.

Having literally grown up in the business working in our family owned plbg & htg wholesale house in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area of Pa., and then working with a large regional distributor for over 20 years, I certainly understand the trials and tribulations of ALL wholesale sales folk.

This new position in the “rep arena” rounds out my vast experience within our industry and allows me to be a great resource for both our customers & manufacturers alike.

Michael Krug is currently an inside sales associate, having started in the commercial estimating department. He started with N.H. Yates & Co. in 2013. Michael is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.

Been at Yates since October 2015 as an Inside Sales Rep. I have been in this industry ever since I began working here. My educational background includes a bachelor’s in Sports Management and a Master’s in Sports Leadership and Recreation Management. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I have worked for NH Yates since 1983. I just started my 34th year.

I started working in Estimating quoting jobs and doing project take-offs. In 1986 I transferred to our Laurel Office.

I began working in Inside Sales handling the Washington DC Market. In 2000 the Laurel office was closed and I transferred back

to Baltimore and became the Inside Sales Manager. I enjoy playing guitar and sailing.

My job at Yates is Inside Sales primarily for NC/SC, plus Outside Sales in Central & Western NC/SC.

I attended Tennessee Temple University as a business major.

After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College, he took a job in the wholesale plumbing industry where he has maintained long term relationships with numerous contractors and wholesalers. In his spare time, Todd likes to participate in running marathons and competing in triathlons. He also likes to spend time on the beach with his wife, Ann, son Christopher, daughter Graham and yellow lab, Shelley.

Brian’s main focus is with the Mechanical Contractors and the wholesale distributors they deal with, in central and southwest Virginia.

George Yezbak brings 40 years of experience in all channels of distribution to Yates Inc., in his role as Business Development Manager. Yezbak is also a member of our Board of Directors. Previously, Yezbak held executive management positions with two of the premier wholesale distributors, as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales for Murray Supply and as Vice President of Materials Management for the Thos. Somerville Co. He continues to do work for other industry members, through Yezbak Consulting. Yezbak serves on the Supply Chain Advisory Board at Appalachian State University where he recently completed an MA in Adult Education and an MBA. He serves as the Treasurer for a non- profit, the LVHALS Foundation which funds research for ALS. He resides in NC, where he, his wife Sandi, and their Siberian Husky, Eli, enjoy family, golf, fishing, reading, and life in general.

Ken Mamaril has worked with N.H. Yates & Co. Inc. since 2002 and is current the V.P. of Information Systems. He graduated from University of Maryland College Park. Then worked with the Federal Government as a contractor at the FAA Headquarters in the office of the ABA in Washington, DC. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, who is passionate about promoting Filipino Culture through teaching Filipino Martial Arts.
